2008 Member Registration

There are three ways for General Members to register for the 2008 Annual Conference, June 8-11, 2008 in Pigeon Forge: by mail or online or on-site.

The fee is $75.00 per General Member if you mail in your registration form (with a check attached) postmarked on or before May 15, 2008.  Registration includes one general member and one guest.

The fee is $77.00 per General Member if you register online on or before May 15, 2008.  (The extra $2.00 is a service fee to cover what TAPT has to pay Paypal to process the transaction.)   Registration includes one general member and one guest.

There is a $100.00 registration fee if payment is made on-site at the registration desk.  This includes one General Member and one guest.

Children under the age of 17 of a General Member are admitted free of charge.  However, they must have a nametag to enter the Convention Center.

 

Method #1: Register By U.S. Mail

Please click on this link to open a Word registration form.  Simply complete the form and mail it with your check to TAPT.  The address is on the form.

 

Method #2: Online Registration Using PayPal

Please fill out the form below.  After you have hit SUBMIT, you will be directed to another page where you can pay via PayPal.   You may register up to six (6) general members and their Guests using the form below.

If you don't need all the fields, just leave them blank.

Note: Member/Guest registration is available only for a General member.  If you bring a guest other than your wife/husband/children, they will be required to purchase meal and event tickets.
